Did your doctor "highly encourage you" to get on an exercise plan? You have come to the right place because I can help! In 2002, my doctor "highly encouraged" me to sit down. That could have been the worst possible thing for me to do after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Studies were slim, but I knew better. The body that is active and thriving has a much better chance of surviving. I know this to be true, and in your heart, you do too! If you are questioning this thought, contact me so we can talk more. I have yet to read any studies on any condition that promotes inactivity.
